- Poster must be written in English
- Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will be rejected.
- Each complete poster will undergo a double-blind peer review by the conference scientific committee.
- The committee will consider the novelty of the research, scope, and its importance with relation to the specialty and community, research methodology as well as strength of the results.
- Accepted poster will be displayed in a designated area of the convention platform.
- Acceptance or rejection of poster will be based on rankings given by a peer review of experts in the associated topic.
- If the co-authors would like to attend the conference, their registrations and payments are required to be made independently.
